ACH Check processing:
ACH payments can be setup as a recurring transaction or a transaction processed as you request. There is no fee charged for either of these payments options. Payments received before 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, will be credited that day. All other payments will be credited the next business day. To pay by check you will need your bank routing and your bank account number available when calling.
Credit Card:
A convenience fee is charged for all credit card payments. Please contact customer service at 973-334-9870 for details. Payments received before 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, will be credited that day. All other payments will be credited the next business day. To pay by credit card you will need to have a credit card authorization on file in our office.
Money Gram Express Pay:
In addition to paying by check or credit card you may pay via Money Gram Express Pay in which case a Money Gram fee applies. The cut off time for a Money Gram payment is 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Our Money Gram receive code is: 10851

- When is my first payment due?

- Will a bounced check get re-deposited?
No, and you must send an immediate replacement. Bounced checks cannot be replaced by a personal check. Replacement payments can be made with a Debit/Credit card or by Money Gram.
- Can someone else take over my loan?
No, whoever signed the original contract is responsible for paying the loan until it is paid in full.
- Can someone else be added to my loan?
Someone else may be added to a loan if certain conditions are met. Please call customer service at (973) 334-9870.
- How come my last payment is a different amount than the regular monthly payment?
During the life of your loan daily interest may have accumulated if you made any payments after your regularly scheduled due date. If applicable this interest is due and payable at the end of the loan.

- Can I pay off my loan with Palisades at any time?
Yes, we accept money orders, checks or MoneyGram payments. We will release the lien and title within ten (10) business days for money order or Money Gram payments. We will release the lien and title within thirty (30) days for payments made by checks, of any kind.
- Can I set up automatic payment withdrawals?
Automatic payment withdrawals, also known as an ACH (Automated Clearing House) can be set up for you. Either contact our customer service department at 973-334-9870 or go to the Customer Service tab on this website and then Download PDF Forms area. Select and print the ACH form. Follow the instructions on the form and either mail it to: Palisades Funding Corp PO Box 255 Montville, NJ 07045 or fax it to (973) 334-9945 and we will set you up.

You must maintain full comprehensive and collision insurance coverage with Palisades Funding Corp listed as the lien holder. Deductibles cannot exceed $500.00.
